Amma’s Brahmasthanam Temple Festival in Chennai was filled with devotion, spiritual wisdom, and messages of compassion and unity. Thousands gathered at Virugambakkam to receive Amma’s blessings during her first visit to the city in several years, marking the thirty-fifth anniversary of the temple’s consecration.
In her satsang, Amma emphasized the importance of awareness, humility, and selflessness, urging everyone to cultivate cooperation, companionship, and communion. She reminded that love is the true wealth of life, and its absence is the greatest loss. Amma also spoke about humanity’s deep connection with nature, stressing that negotiation and compromise will not work with nature, but humility and respect will.
The event included meditation, bhajans, and darshan, where Amma personally embraced each devotee. Distinguished guests welcomed Amma, and Amrita SREE women self-help group members received financial aid and clothing.
