    Here Amma illustrates how reliance on intellect without heart can lead to unnecessary complexity and conflict. Amma compares the mind to a box whose purpose is defined by its contents. A mind filled with positive thoughts becomes divine, while one filled with negativity turns destructive. This profound analogy highlights the importance of cultivating noble attitudes and careful thoughts to ensure our actions uplift rather than harm.
    Just as poisonous fruits come from toxic plants, our actions reflect the nature of our mind.

    Amma illustrates how we often blame others for our struggles without recognizing our own role in creating them. A man seeking divorce complains that his wife visits bars late at night, only to reveal that she does so to look for him. True transformation begins when we recognize our own shortcomings and focus on improving ourselves rather than pointing fingers at others.
